The Systems Support Office has purchased a number of cleaning products designed specifically for LCD screens, such as flat panel monitors, laptop screens, PDAs, Treo phones, Blackberry phones, etc.  We have identified points-of-contact within each area we support and are scheduling short meetings to familiarize each of them with the products and to distribute sufficient products for their areas.

The plan is to give one cloth to each employee who uses a laptop computer and to give a supply of cloths and spray bottles to the points-of-contact to keep at their desks for use on flat panel monitors, PDAs, laptops in their areas.  The meetings are scheduled for the first week of November.  Shortly thereafter, you should see these products in your area.
