The computer rebuilds from Windows 2000 to Windows XP are progressing.
Along with the conversions, we are simultaneously installing any new computers
that were purchased at year-end. The order we are visiting the departments
corresponds directly to the order year-end purchases were made.
To date, we have converted and installed 300 computers, well on our way to 600.

This is arguably one of the most challenging projects for our office.
Rebuilding a computer is a disruptive process and it takes time to get
everything back the way it was. I encourage you to communicate early and
often with the staff regarding any special applications, settings or needs.
The staff are extremely accommodating and will work with you to meet your
specific needs.
Applications and data that are not business-related will be your responsibility
to backup and restore. Questions? Contact
Ballard McCleskey for assistance.
