The Systems Support Office is excited to announce the addition of two full-time personnel to the office.  Both were hired as a result of the support agreement reached with Intercollegiate Athletics.

Jessica Heiden
Jessica joins the Bloomington/Normal community and Illinois State from Iowa.  Jessica has a broad range of technology support experiences including desktop support, training and documentation.  Additionally, Jessica holds Microsoft Certified Professional certification.  Please take an opportunity to drop Jessica a note welcoming her to the community!

Jeremy Baker
Jeremy is a graduate of Illinois State and, as a student, worked for Stevenson Hall Academic Computing.  Jeremy has extensive experience supporting hundreds of Windows computers and has utilized many of the back-end technologies we have in Systems Support.  Most recently, Jeremy has worked for Normal Township and TekSystems providing technology support.  Please welcome Jeremy back to the University and to Systems Support!
