The Systems Support Office is now providing full technology support for Intercollegiate Athletics.  In mid-2004, Athletics lost their technology support personnel and approached AIS and Systems Support for assistance.  The units reached an agreement where Systems Support would provide the same technology support as is provided for VPFP and VPUA.

Intercollegiate Athletics has 130 workstations (including 12 Macintosh computers) and have staff located within Redbird Arena, Horton Field House, Kaufmann Football Building and Huddelson Annex (ROTC Building).

The Systems Support Office now provides technology support for 500 full-time employees across 600 workstations and servers.  In order to maintain a sufficient support ratio, Systems Support has added two full-time staff and two student workers to the office.
