Presentation Switcher

The first and the third groups control the video displayed on the projector. The fourth group controls the audio.
Power on the audio system button under the desk, to use the microphone or DVD/VCR.

Display video on the projector
Turn on the Epson projector using the Epson remote control.

• Press the Switcher video button for the system you would like displayed on the projector: DVD/VCR, Document Camera, PC, or Laptop.
• Press the Video button on the Epson remote control to display the first grouping (DVD/VCR or Document Camera).
• Press the Comp1 button on the Epson remote to display the third grouping (PC or Laptop).

Document Camera
Hit the unlock button to unfold the arms, move Power switch to ON, and make sure Lamp is ON and switched to Base or Opt. Adjust the focus, zoom, and iris (brightness).

Play audio through the sound system
The Power switch for audio equipment is a red switch under the desk.
Press the switcher audio button for the system that has the audio you need: DVD/VCR, PC/Laptop, or Microphone Only.
The microphone audio can run at the same time as DVD/VCR or PC/Laptop by pushing the Microphone On/Talk Over button.

Wireless Microphone
Slide to Talk. Choose Mic Only or Mic Talk Over on the switcher. Hold the MUTE button to mute. Use Standby when not broadcasting, turn off when done.

Laptops
Video, power, audio, and network cables are stored under the instructor’s station to plug in on top of the desk.
